Bread--Day 2

How does your piece of bread compare to these photos? Does your piece look similar?

The dry piece of bread has been on the kitchen counter. The wet piece of bread has been under a bed in the dark. Where are you keeping your piece of bread?

By the way, the bread used in this experiment is Nature's Own: Honey Wheat. The bag says it has "No Artificial Preservatives, Colors or Flavors".

Do you think the outcome of this observation would be different if we used homemade bread?

  1. Mine still has no mold. I am keeping my bread in an empty cooler in the garage. Should we do it for more than one week? The results may differ from different kinds of bread. When are you going to post the potato results?

  2. Mine still dosn't have mold yet thats good I had enough of the bad smell from the potato expierament bleh, (see my lab book) (:
